Polish until it shines. Then redo everything.

This might be the last update for the game. It's pretty much finished now, I guess.

Some free time on the weekend was used to do a complete rewrite. Yes, you read that right. After the game was nearly finished I tossed it away and redid it. Why? Well, first because I thought that cleaning up the code might take longer than a rewrite. And second because a rewrite gave me the chance to consolidate some of the things I've learned during the project. Win win!

It really took me only three hours to redo the whole thing. But endless hours were additionally invested to get those nitty gritty details right. I think that's called polishing which really is nothing more then a grind. But nonetheless, I did it. And looking at the game now, I'd say it paid out.

The game now has a standard aspect ratio of 9:16 (is that really worth mentioning?), comes with five achievments, each having four tiers. And oh did I play test to get those tiers somewhat in balance. But I'm pretty satisfied with the result. It's easy to get a bronze rating, silver is not that hard. And gold really means something. But diamond is a real beast to accomplish. :)

But play testing the own game is somewhat, meh.. Would you give it a try? Leave a comment which achievments you got and how easy or hard it was!

PS: There's still an issue with the sound if you play on mobile. It's awful. Play silent. As I understand the issue there is no fix available because the Godot HTML5 export (Web Assembly) only supports one thread which let's the sound run in the main thread. Waiting for Godot 4.0 seems to be the only option. At least every suggestion I tried did not work.
